Revelation Biosciences is a clinical-stage life sciences company developing therapies that rebalance dysregulated inflammation using Gemini, a proprietary formulation platform built on phosphorylated hexaacyl disaccharide (PHAD), an established Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) agonist. Its lead program, GEM-AKI, is a potential therapy for the prevention and treatment of acute kidney injury, with a planned adaptive Phase 2/3 TITAN study (CRO selected August 2026) supported by an FDA agreement that positive data from a single ~300-patient study could support an NDA; GEM-CKD targets chronic kidney disease, with PRIME study data presented in 2026. Formerly Petra Acquisition, Inc. (a SPAC), the company changed its name to Revelation Biosciences in January 2022 and is headquartered in San Diego, California.
