PDS Biotechnology is a clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing targeted cancer treatments built on the Versamune platform, a T-cell activating technology evaluated in HPV16-positive cancers, and PDS0301, an investigational tumor-targeted interleukin-12 (IL-12) immunocytokine designed to remodel the tumor microenvironment. Following an August 2026 strategic refocus, the company prioritized PDS0301 as its lead program in metastatic colorectal cancer (randomized Phase 2b planned) and is pursuing a partnership strategy for the Versamune/PDS0101 program.
