Option Care Health, Inc. is the largest independent provider of home and alternate-site infusion services in the United States, delivering complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients in their homes, ambulatory infusion suites and other non-hospital settings. The company operates a national network of more than 150 infusion pharmacies and infusion suites across 50 states and the District of Columbia, serving patients who require infusion therapy for immune deficiencies, infectious diseases, cancer, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and gastrointestinal disorders. The business traces its roots to 1979 and took its current form in 2019, when Option Care Enterprises merged with BioScrip to create the country's largest standalone infusion provider. In October 2026 the company agreed to be acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and McKesson Corporation for $32.05 per share in cash, a transaction valued at approximately $5.8 billion including debt.
