Onconetix

Onconetix is a Cincinnati, Ohio-based commercial-stage biotechnology company developing and commercializing innovative solutions for men's health and oncology, with its principal operating subsidiary Proteomedix marketing the Proclarix prostate-cancer diagnostic test in selected European laboratories while pursuing reimbursement and broader adoption. The company previously acquired and subsequently abandoned ENTADFI, an FDA-approved combination therapy for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Onconetix has executed two reverse stock splits in 2026 (1-for-5 effective March 25, 2026; 1-for-10 announced May 19, 2026) to maintain Nasdaq listing compliance, and in late 2025 closed a $6.25M Series E convertible-preferred PIPE with attached warrants (Form 8-K, October 3, 2025) followed by a prior $12.9M private placement. In 2026 Onconetix entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Realbotix LLC, a humanoid-robotics subsidiary of Realbotix Corp., and the stock has since traded as a robotics-vehicle microcap on a stream of Realbotix commercial-pilot announcements, including a European-telecom live-events pilot announced September 3, 2026.
