Nautilus Biotechnology

Nautilus Biotechnology (NASDAQ: NAUT) is a Seattle, Washington-based development-stage life sciences company (founded 2016) building a platform technology for quantifying and unlocking the complexity of the proteome. Its Nautilus Voyager Platform is an end-to-end solution comprising a high-resolution optical imaging instrument with integrated fluidics and liquid handling, single-molecule library preparation kits, flow cells, affinity reagents, run buffers and software analysis; the system uses multi-affinity reagent binding and imaging cycles to decode and quantify proteins and their proteoforms in biological samples. In September 2026 the company's Iterative Mapping method was the subject of a peer-reviewed publication in Nature Methods demonstrating its use to reveal proteoforms underlying biology and disease. Nautilus has research collaboration agreements with Genentech, the Buck Institute, the Allen Institute, Cornell University, Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (with funding from The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research) and the Qatar Foundation, and has stated an intent to support a broader commercial launch of its platform.
