Lunai Bioworks (NASDAQ: LNAI), formerly Renovaro Inc. (renamed August 2025), is an AI-driven precision medicine and biodefense company headquartered in Los Angeles. The company operates through three segments — RENB (cell therapy vaccines), BioSymetrics (AI drug discovery), and RENC (CNS) — developing genetically modified allogeneic dendritic cell therapeutic vaccines including RENB-DC11 for solid tumors (primarily pancreatic) and RENB-DC20 for breast cancer, plus an AI multi-omics platform for early cancer detection and recurrence monitoring. In May 2026 Lunai completed a $20M preferred issuance to acquire CNS delivery and neurotherapeutic IP, and in July 2026 it launched a foundation-funded Parkinson's and rare epilepsy AI discovery collaboration with BrainStorm Therapeutics. The company is also pursuing federal biodefense contracts. Since May 2026 it has pursued a naked-short-selling fraud suit under Regulation SHO and RICO, filing a First Amended Complaint on August 4, 2026 naming ten defendants including three FINRA-registered broker-dealers.
