Greenwich LifeSciences
Greenwich LifeSciences is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of GLSI-100 (GP2 + GM-CSF), an immunotherapy designed to prevent the recurrence of breast cancer in patients who have previously been treated with trastuzumab (Herceptin). GLSI-100 is being evaluated in the Phase III FLAMINGO-01 trial in HLA-A*02 positive and combined-HLA populations across roughly 150 clinical sites in the United States and Europe. In July 2026, the company received European regulatory approval to combine both HLA-A*02 and non-HLA-A*02 populations in FLAMINGO-01 and to use commercially manufactured GP2 in the trial.
