Bausch Health Companies
Bausch Health Companies Inc. (NYSE: BHC) is a diversified specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company headquartered in Laval, Quebec, operating through five reporting segments: Salix (gastroenterology), International, Solta Medical (aesthetic devices), Diversified, and Bausch + Lomb. Its products span gastroenterology, hepatology, neurology, dermatology, dentistry, over-the-counter medicines, aesthetic devices and eye health, sold across the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Japan, Mexico and other markets. The company traces its lineage to ICN Pharmaceuticals, founded in 1960, which became Valeant Pharmaceuticals International and was renamed Bausch Health Companies in July 2018. Q3 2026 revenue was $2.90 billion with adjusted earnings per share of $1.77, and management raised full-year 2026 guidance to $5.525–5.625 billion of revenue and $3.225–3.275 billion of adjusted EBITDA. The equity carries roughly $18 billion of net debt against a market capitalisation near $3.3 billion, which makes balance-sheet actions — debt repurchase, refinancing and deleveraging — as important to the share price as quarterly earnings.
